18세기 신윤복의 미인도에서 보여지는 한복의 가장 아름다운 비율과 직배래, 항아리 라인을 기본 컨셉으로 하며, 고분에서 출토된 복식 등 고증에서 영감을 받아 제작된 한복들은 프랑스 레이스와 같은 수입 원단부터 모시, 상주명주 등 전통 원단까지, 다양한 소재의 사용으로 절제된 한국의 미를 담는다.

Tchai Kim Young-jjin Hanbok is a custom made brand for traditional Hanbok. Each and every pieces of Hanbok are made by hand, from the inner layer pants, skirt to the outer garments and Jeogori.
The beautiful proportions and the tapered sleeves and balloon line skirts are inspired from ‘Miindo’(Portrait of a Beauty) drawn by Shin Yun Bok, a famous Korean painter in 18th century.
Tchai Kim Young Jin’s Hanbok is inspired by historical evidence, such as the costumes excavated from the ancient tomb.
